Article 5 (Definition of terms)

  10. Counselor: A person in charge of system inquiries and learning inquiries.
  11. Administrator: The person responsible for content management and system
    administration.
  12. Operator: A person who helps members use content and operates it for the use of tutoring service.
  13. Tutoring: Online word study service.
  14. Tutor: A teacher in charge of online tutoring service classes.
  15. User Qualification: This site refers to the usage qualification given to members and Shincheonji members for smooth use of each service.
  16. Posts: Codes (including URLs), text, voice, sound, video (including videos), images (including photos), files, etc. posted or registered by members on the services provided by this site.

 

Article 6 (Establishment of contract of use)

  1. “Do you agree to the terms and conditions?” If the member clicks the “Agree” button at the time of application for use, it is deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The contract of use is established when this site accepts the application for use made after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the person who wants to use the service.

Article 7 (Application for Use)

  1. Those wishing to sign up as a member and use the service must fill out the personal information in the application form in the prescribed form requested by this site and provide it online.
  2. The member information entered in the application form is considered to be the actual information of the user, and members who do not enter the actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be restricted from using the service. 3 Customers must provide their real name, etc., and members who do not register with their real name cannot claim any rights related to service use. Article 8 (Approval of application for use)

  2. This site may suspend or reject the acceptance of the use contract with respect to the application for use if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs, and may terminate the use contract afterwards.

  11. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, this is not the case if he/she has obtained consent to reregister as a member of the Bible Prayer Connection site.

Article 9 (Change of User Information)

If the user information entered at the time of application for use is changed, the member must immediately correct it online, and the user is responsible for all problems, such as damages caused by not making the change.

Article 10 (Withdrawal/Termination and Re-enrollment)

  1. When a user wishes to withdraw or terminate the use of the service, the user
    himself/herself must apply for withdrawal through the website online.
  2. If the user violates the provisions of Article 14, the company may unilaterally terminate this contract, and in case of damage to the service operation due to this, civil and criminal responsibilities may be imposed.
  3. If this contract of use is terminated or withdrawn, all ‘posts, etc.’ registered and stored in the user’s account, such as the user’s posts or stored materials, will be deleted. However, ‘posts scripted and posted by other users or registered on public bulletin boards may not be deleted.
  4. If a member withdraws from or terminates the use of the service in Paragraph 1, he/she can re-register only after 7 days have elapsed. However, even in this case, if the reason for withdrawal or termination is in violation of the member’s obligations, such as Article 19, if the member withdraws or terminates, after 7 days, a separate re-registration review and re-registration approval must be obtained.

Article 11 (Start Date of Service Provision)

The service provision start date is from the time when the user completes the application for use by accurately entering the items set forth in Article 7 and the site accepts the application for use, or from the time when the reservation of application acceptance under Article 8, Paragraph 2 is resolved.

Article 12 (Service Hours)

In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special obstacle to the business and technology of this site. However, this does not apply to the day or time set by this site due to the need for regular inspection of the service system. In this case, this site must post the contents in the service guide or make a separate notice in advance.

Article 13 (Account Management, etc.)

  1. You are responsible for all management of your account and password.
  2. This site performs various user management tasks such as limiting service use and managing bulletin boards according to the user account, and users cannot share or transfer accounts without prior consent from this site.
  3. If the user recognizes that his or her member ID, password, and additional information are stolen or used by a third party, he or she must immediately take measures such as correcting his or her password, and immediately notify the company to follow the company’s guidance. You must follow.
  4. Users are responsible for managing member ID and password for service use, fraudulent use of their ID by a third party, etc. All responsibility for illegal use lies with the user. However, this is not the case when there is intention or gross negligence on this site.

Article 14 (Restrictions on Service Use)

This site may withdraw or stop using the service for a certain period of time without prior notice if the user has committed any of the following acts. In this case, real name information must be provided to the company according to the method provided by the company. In addition, if the operation of the service is hindered or damages occur due to this, civil and criminal responsibilities may be imposed.

  8. Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) whose transmission or posting is prohibited by relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act

  9. If a member does not log in for 12 consecutive months while using the service after registering as a member through the application for use, this site may restrict the member from using the service.
  10. Members are responsible for data loss caused by restrictions on use, termination of use, and withdrawal.
  11. For dormant members, if you have personal contact information and have agreed to receive e-mails or text messages, you will be notified personally. If you wish to cancel dormancy, you must apply separately.

Article 16 (Delete file information and delete user rights)

  1. This site may delete user information and personal information as necessary if it is determined that there is no room for service facility capacity.
  2. This site may restrict the rights of users who have the right to use some services according to the needs of this site.
  3. This site may retrieve information and personal information of users that are deemed to have problems in service operation or security without prior notice.
  4. In the case of paragraphs 1 and 2, this site will notify you in advance through service or e-mail.

Article 17 (Storage Period of Various Data)

Article 18 (Obligations and rights of this site)

  4. In the case of Paragraph 3, this is not the case when there is a document request from a related government agency in accordance with the provisions of related laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, or when a warrant is presented for investigation purposes.
  5. The company must make efforts to protect users from spam mail (this refers to various illegal and speculative spam such as phishing, virus distribution, and personal information stealing), and accordingly, it can take spam response and security measures for incoming and outgoing mail. there is.

Article 19 (Obligations of Users)

Article 23 (Dispute Mediation and Competent Court)

  2. In the case of filing a lawsuit for a dispute arising out of these Terms or the use of the service, the competent court of the location of this site shall be.
